The demolished space of the old Jiaoxi(礁溪) Township Household Registration Office and the public retail market in front of Xietian Temple(協天廟) was prepared and repurposed for use as an urban open space square. In addition to adding cultural temple activities, the space can provide a place for local residents to gather and hold cultural activities.

The north area was organized as a training base for cultural and artistic performances, dismantling the enclosed walls and opening up the space of the old camp. The space of one part of the camp was opened and then integrated with the people-oriented road system of Deyang Road, combining it with the public land along the road to build an urban square and create the image of Jiaoxi(礁溪) City Garden. The old and disused camps were demolished, while simple repairs were made to those in good condition with reuse potential. In the south area, such as the Jiaoxi(礁溪) resident life park, the closed walls were opened to connect with the residential community. The project further involved cleaning up the environment of the camp, building the green parking lot, and providing the environmental flood detention system. The pedestrian path of Renai Road was also created, improving the pedestrian space thematic connection to Tangwei ditch and the footpath system connecting the surrounding environment.

This project built up the main moving line from Jiankang Road to Hot Spring Park and Bus Station, improved the route guidance system, and created the self-illumination of Jiaoxi(礁溪) Entrance Park. The footpath system was also finished to create a green Jiaoxi(礁溪) Entrance Park. In order to improve the theme of pedestrian space of Jiankang Road, the pedestrian path of Jiankang Road was organized, and the image of Jiaoxi(礁溪) City Garden was created by combining the current square and open space.
