Minor projects proposed by local governments generally lack of native humanism, property, and natural characteristics. |

Some of minor projects follow construction-oriented concepts and lack of insight of creation, progress, humanistic care and everlasting management. |

Executive teams are self-centered, and on the other hand, governments are not qualified to integrate the project. Therefore, it is difficult to cooperate and improve our environment. |

We need to establish follow-up procedures of evaluation because it is beneficial to reconstruct new style and features in local areas. Moreover, it efficiently helps to integrate planning, design, construction and management. | |
